This body represents a stone that has been cut and polished, until the beauty of the mineral arises from the inside, showing its purity. The cut and faceting of precious stones are imitated by sharp edges; the texture is emulated through the wood grain and color of the tints used. The polished finishing is represented by the round corners and the gloss lacquer applied, and the smoked front.
